This classic 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in San Francisco features beautiful detailing, bright natural light, and the perfect cozy layout to sink into. Project director Joelle Belmonte teamed up with Agent Eddie O'Sullivan of Elevation Real Estate to fix up some areas around the home and reset the space to a neutral palette before it hit the market.

To start out, Joelle got the team started by patching and painting all walls, ceilings, and trim, and installed new doors throughout the home. The closet doors around the home were also replaced and all of the windows were thoroughly washed. The eat-in kitchen benefitted from many upgrades, including patching a crack in the ceiling arch, installation of new quartz countertops, under-mount sink and faucet, garbage disposal, and wall cabinets. A new garbage disposal and dishwasher disposal were also added, and the remaining cabinet doors and drawers were freshly painted. Additionally, a new chandelier was hung in the dining room to top off all of the major kitchen upgrades. In the bathroom, the classic clawfoot tub was repainted and the floor was re-grouted. The shower head was also replaced and new, modern hardware was added throughout. Moving to the exterior of the home, the private backyard bricks, patio, and stairs were power washed, and the back railing was prepped and repainted. The garage door was washed, prepped, and painted to match the surrounding doors and give everything a nice, clean feel.

Upon completion of this project, this home sold for $1,365,000, offering the owners a 178% return on their investment!
