Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: LVP installed throughout the entire house, Installed baseboards throughout house, installed receptacle/outlet covers
• Kitchen: Sanded, patched, primed & painted kitchen cabinets, installed kitchen door knobs/pulls, installed Sliding screen patio door leading into backyard, fixed pocket-door, installed flush mount ceiling light fixtures, dispose of old light fixtures, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed quartz countertops, installed mid grade quartz backsplash, reinstalled insinkerator disposal, installed dishwasher, installed refrigerator w/out water hook-up, installed electric cooktop, installed range hood, installed wall oven, installed countertop microwave
• Living Room: Painted the brick fireplace, installed new fireplace mantle, installed recessed ceiling can light fixtures w/ 1 dimmer switch, patched sheetrock, installed plywood subfloor in areas that had old termite damage
• Exterior: Patched & painted front door & trim surround, primed & painted the exterior house eaves, installed exterior light fixtures, installed 1 outdoor electrical outlet under house eaves for new string lights, repaired and installed all irrigation, installed 4 valves, weed fabric installed, mini mulch installed on top of the new weed barrier, installed filler plants in backyard,
• Master Bathroom: Repaired pocket-door.
• Bedroom: Installed Bi-fold doors for bedroom closet
• Entry: Installed new deadbolt lock set on front door, grounnd concrete entry floor level with surrounding floor
• All Bathrooms: Installed vanity light fixtures, disposed of old light fixtures, installed quartz countertop & sink, installed vanity cabinet, installed vanity faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed 3 shower faucet sets, installed new toilets, installed new valve/waterlines for all toilets, installed 4 GFCI outlets
