Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Sanded & painted front door, prepped, patched & painted ceilings walls, trim, windows, interior doors & baseboards, removed 2 security gates, sealed the chimney brickwork, installed new electrical plates, installed new flush mount lights and sconces, installed new door hardware
• Second bedroom: Added finish trim around the closet
• Living Room: Replaced 1 cracked window pane
• Upstairs Bedroom: Replaced 1 window/trim/jamb in closet
• Exterior: Pressure washed, patched holes & cracks, painted front fence, added epoxy on entry stairs and driveway, cut all dead foliage, added some simple plantings to the flower bed areas, removed concrete patch at center of driveway, added mulch and pea gravel at front, created path on backyard, pressure washed pavers, planted tall bush at back of the house
• Kitchen: Sanded and restained kitchen table and bench
• Garage: Removed laminate on flooring and added epoxy on concrete floor, concrete strip replaced at garage door
