• All rooms: Installed new white oak flooring on Kitchen, family room, hallway, butler's pantry & bedroom, Hardwood floor installed & repaired upstairs, hardwood floor refinishing, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, replaced whole home plumbing, replaced broken window panes, replaced bathroom windows with tempered glass, and repaired 6 windows with cut cords, replaced beam in pergola on back patio, replaced broken glass window panes, installed new water heater
• Exterior: Power washed and painted trim, painted exterior walls of main house and garage, replaced ceiling porch lights, installed smoke and CO detectors, installed address numbers at the street and front entrance, replaced stones missing on Fireplace, repaired porch dry rot, added porch safety rail, mulched beds, installed fresh gravel, installed fountain, installed raised beds in garden, installed lawn & sprinklers, repaired side decks & archway, removed hot tub equipment shed, power washed outdoor fireplace
• Cottage: Refinished hardwood flooring, patched drywall downstairs, patched and painted exterior walls and trim, painted drywall downstairs, cleaned up electrical wiring and switches upstairs, replaced all lightbulbs, installed new smoke/CO detectors, installed new water heater, installed new gasket on roof electric pipe, cleaned out panel box, replaced broken window, installed new cabinet knobs
• Sunroom: Replaced Chandelier
• Kitchen: Replaced recessed cans, removed both layers of kitchen walls, old tile, rebuilt with new framing, new drywall and finishing, moved gas and electrical for new appliance locations, installed cabinets & hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Dining Area: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Family room: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Hallway: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
